The IAESTE Exchange Calendar:

OCTOBER - DECEMBER

• Students have until the third week in December to register with IAESTE Philippines - POEC.  (Late registration will be entertained until end of February) 
• IAESTE Philippines - POEC collecting offers of training from Industry and Academic Institutions available for foreign students.

JANUARY

• The IAESTE conference takes place in a member country. Training offers are exchanged between member countries in a series of bilateral meeting.

FEBRUARY - MARCH

• Students are selected for internship placement abroad according to their qualifications, previous practical experience and language ability. One candidate is selected for each placement and the nominations are sent out to the "receiving" IAESTE countries abroad who will liaise with their local companies and ascertain whether students are accepted.

APRIL - MAY - JUNE

• Depending on when the internships are due to start.  Acceptance documents arrive from abroad. Once a student has been formally accepted by a foreign host company, IAESTE will endorse applications for training permits and visas and arrange accommodation for trainees.
• IAESTE Philippines - POEC will liaise with Philippines host companies or academic institutions to ensure that foreign nominees are also accepted for training.
